Hi Elissa!! I’m sorry that you felt the jacket was dirty it was only worn one time it was however stored in my basement without covering on it so yes it may have been a little dingy I think if you just take it to the dry cleaner or even just wash the jacket will come out nice.

I washed it in gentle cycle and the dirt did come out. I was looking for a way to message you about the dirt but I coudnt find any tab or anything to send you a message - Im new to poshmark. Anyway it worked out. Was just a little disappointed because your pictures and description didnt say anything about being dirty.

Your duvet was shipped out on Monday. As of late the packages can start tracking and be delivered the same day! I am so sorry if this will cause you any inconvenience. It was left with an employee at the USPS, so I am sure it is on the way. I hope you will enjoy your new look with the pretty soothing pattern!
