desert_dresser @shenalewis You need to contact Poshmark regarding assistance with a refund. You are not able to mail back items on your own. All transactions are through the app. The funds have already been released and fees have been deducted from that so I’m not sure what you are expecting to happen from here. Please involve the correct parties for assistance. Thanks!

desert_dresser @shenalewis The email response I received stated “once the buyer accepts, payment is released and it cannot be reversed.” However, it was advised in the email to contact them if you were unhappy with your purchase, which we had already discussed so was hoping PM support would contact you to resolve this. I received my email Sept 24 so you may want to check your junk/spam mail. You might also check your setting to ensure you are able to receive emails from PM.
