Hi! I appreciate that you like my TOD’S bag but I can’t go any lower than $175. It was originally listed for almost $300. If you do a quick internet search, you’ll see that this style (leather straps) averages $300-$800 (pre-owned) & the color is almost impossible to find. 😊

@lovely525 I’m sorry but I can’t go any lower than $175. I buy & sell full time to pay my Son’s healthcare expenses (autism) & Poshmark keeps a 20% commission.
If I were just cleaning out my closet, I’d definitely be more flexible but I just lowered the price to $179 today (which is why the shipping is discounted from $6.49).

@lovely525 I honestly have no idea. I can try to reduce the price to $175 but I don’t know if that’ll remove the discounted shipping that’s currently there & if it does remove it, I can’t get it back. They only apply discounted shipping when you discount at least 10%. It ends up being a $1.96 discount.

As I wrote before, I’ll get the bag back from my daughter but I don’t know when.
She’s taking a full course of summer credits to finish her bachelors, studying for LSATs & has a job. Unfortunately, she doesn’t live here so I only see her when she has time to come home. Again, I’m sorry that I didn’t realize she had the bag when she last left. It was an honest mistake. I’ll get it next time I see her but can’t say for sure when that will be.

@thegrayfawn I’m glad that u asked why? Many posters that I buy buy from especially Patagonia’s, they packaged them neatly & not stuffed them on a small pouch. They take pride of what they used to own & lovingly package it to the next owner.

@lovely525 which is what I did? I packaged it in a clear polymailer that I store my items in to keep them safe. Please don’t ever shop from me again lol you’re ridiculous for giving such a low rating for me packaging your item neatly. I get 5 stars and compliments on my packaging all the time.

Do you think Patagonia would’ve shipped to you with fancy glitter and a personal thank you note?! No.... sellers don’t have time to do all the extra shit when they have 25+ packages to ship a day. And that makes Poshmark a place where shoppers can shop. People can buy elsewhere but what every indiv here put is what makes Poshmark so unique. @lovely525 Some customers do not want extra packaging, as it is wasteful and contributes to extra garbage in the environment. Also, most businesses charge a fee for gift wrapping, and you want it for FREE! Check yourself! 😂
