goose062820 @anne1222 It’s ok; it’s fixable, just a little annoying that I have to fix it. Did it come with the dress or did you sew it on? It doesn’t have the eye that the hook is supposed to fit into - just a little thread loop.

anne1222 @elizahecht I was the original owner and never touched the hardware. Perhaps it got loose after dry cleaning it. I didn’t notice, so apologies for that.

anne1222 @anne1222 actually it was JCrew Mercantile which is different than factory. It’s a beautiful dress that was quite expensive. I’m sorry if it didn’t meet your expectations.

goose062820 @anne1222 j Crew mercantile is made by j Crew factory. But the hook and eye is loose and the eye is missing. Again, I can fix it, but it’s annoying.

goose062820 @taxti this absolutely was meant to come with a sash. It has the little thread loops for a sash to go through. The bigger issue isn’t that, though, I don’t really care about that - it’s that it was clearly washed in water.
