kjscloset2821 Elizabeth, I was selling as I only wore a few times and it was fairly new. I check all my listings before I post them and then again before I ship them. I even washed the sweater in cold and laid flat to dry before I sent it. At no time did I ever see a hole. I am so sorry if there was. I wish I would have known before you posted as I have a 5 star rating and would have reimbursed you. There is also a Poshmark process you could have tried.

ereid2 @kjscloset2821 it was a big hole in the shoulder. I can take my post down, just frustrating when it was supposed to be in good condition. I can’t do the posh mark process anymore because I was out of town until last night which is longer than 72 hours.
