I sell too many items. This is the only site that bash the seller how an item is package. I know for a fact not one person would complain to the store/manf. I didnt pack an item that's brand new. I do not work with the company. When I purchase an item on here & something was broken I will not blame the seller. I would kindly ask PM to see what to do. Since each package insured. That's why they use priority mail. The seller will get reimburse regarding a damage items. I'm not sure ppl knows that. Ppl needs the read policy/rules Another one is they stated never received the package. Which it clearly states it was delivered. I do not know if the site make a complaint to usps. But if they do, the post office can prove the package has been delivered/to what address. Especially if it was delivered to the wrong address. I seem several ppl get in trouble with that. It's considered a fraud. And stating an item is broken then you get it back. It's not the same one. It's like they replace your good one with there broken one. Lucky with me. I keep serial numbers. That's fraud. Ppl honestly goes to jail regarding that.
