belovedisabel Hi Elizabeth. Saw that you left a poor rating because you didn’t receive the pants. That’s very odd, I’m sorry to hear that. They were shipped the same day you ordered in a pretty bag. Tracking says that they were delivered - is your address correct? Have you checked with your local post office? You should have tracking information in an email from Poshmark. I would also contact Poshmark and let them know.

belovedisabel I have sold over 590 items and I have never had someone have that sort of issue when tracking says that it has been delivered. Also, the rating you left is for the seller, not the delivery service. If there are delivery issues, I’d reach out to your local post office and also to Poshmark customer service. I’m sure they can help. I will reach out them too. Your package was shipped promptly with care. Be well 🏝☀️
