Hi, friends! Welcome to my closet! I've been many sizes in my life, and there has always been one constant when it comes to clothes: when I love what I am wearing, people see it in my smile, my walk, my demeanor. What do I mean? Well, like many women, I have struggled with body image my entire life. From genetic-informed weight issues, to disordered eating from toxic dance culture, I know first hand that body dysmorphia is real. We can all feel confident, and it all starts with wearing clothes that are flattering and that you love. With our journey to find the clothes we love, we buy things, and they aren't always a fit. We've all encountered that size 8 that looks like a size 2. This poses an opportunity to refresh our wardrobes regularly. Regardless of if that is your reason you are on Poshmark, we all regularly wear clothes (*ahem* at least most of us do). Clothes wear out. Seasons change. "Fashion" (whatever that means) evolves. Our tastes grow. And that dress you 'had to have', hanging in the back of your closet you have put on 3 times but not ever actually worn -- maybe it's time to find it a new home and find a new dress you'll reach for every day.
