There are A LOT of Poshers who take it very personally if a buyer doesn't offer the "Right" amount. I'm the type of seller who wants to hear ALL Offers, cuz there are items that I would take, almost, ANYTHING just to get it out of my closet. eeburtis @hellmellyj oh my goodness that's awful!! I'm so sorry!! Lately I've been checking every pair I buy when I get them. I didn't check those because I never even so much as tried them on. I have a very similar print so I knew I shouldn't keep them. Let me see if I can track down the consultant and see if she can help!

eeburtis @hellmellyj I was trying on a pair once and my finger went right through them! I really feel so bad. I try to be so careful with everything I sell, making sure there are no undisclosed flaws. The one time I don't check! A consultant sent me a used pair of leggings last week, like they're dirty and have loose threads and pilling. She won't do anything about it either. I've spent so much money on LLR I'm feeling discouraged by recent events to say the least!

eeburtis @kwasi002 this site is wonderful and truly will protect their buyers! From what I can tell they’re working hard to stop these fake sellers! Unfortunately these scammers make new accounts, use pictures of real jackets to trick people into buying them. I’m not sure what they actually send. My guess is they send something random so that it’ll show as delivered. If you can, cancel your order! If not, open a claim when you get whatever they send you. Posh will have your back!

eeburtis @kwasi002 the fakes have been rampant lately. The other night I was browsing the nighttime posh party, 90% of the listings were fakes- tons of designer bags. Same thing, using stolen pictures from legit listings. I always report them when I see them. Always check a sellers profile. See how long they’ve been selling. Check reviews. Just know it’s extremely unlikely someone has multiple sizes of a new jacket. Some sellers have deals with manufacturers to buy last season gear but it’s very rare.

kwasi002 @eeburtis I purchased 2 jackets...it was 6am I saw a jacket needed to be accepted being that I did receive 1 clicked accept because it said it was delivered. My other jacket was not delivered yet. said delivered but it wasnt. My concern is that u saw this and new it was a scam so y was it still up for me to purchase it?how do u know it is a scam? if poshmark doesn't refund my money I will make sure no1 I know uses it. I wouldn't want any of my friends and family to be robbed $200

eeburtis @kwasi002 they have a system for reporting. Users can report something for multiple reasons, like authenticity. Then posh users review these reports and decide if they think it breaks the rules. I think it’s like once 3 people click that it is fake then it is removed. They try to block users IP addresses if they're caught breaking rules. So you received 1 jacket? Is it authentic? I’m an avid Patagonia buyer so you’re welcome to post pics and I can tell you my opinion.
