ahvafurohar @sagefashion again I’m so sorry and I wanted to clarify what it said, the email stated that the only reason they can’t authenticate it is because I don’t have the authentication card, which In my post I wrote that I didn’t have it. I truly feel horrible so now I’m going to wait until they send it back to me and then I’ll be in contact with u! Again so so so sorry love!!
