02cats Urgent! PLEASE let me know if you've collected this order from your boyfriend's mailroom. I'm still recvg PM notifications stating order to be cax due to non shipment. Thank you. You most definitely should be in receipt of the TAHE bracelet by now, in that it was picked up and shipped out last Saturday, Elizabeth.

02cats @elizcasey Actually, it was sent last Monday not Saturday but still, it should've arrived. This isn't the first time this has occurred through PM btw. Not on my part though. I've shipped things on Saturday that arrived on Monday; shipped things on Monday that didn't arrive for a few days. The "mailing protocol" if you will is different on each label provided by PM. Some are 2,3,5 days. Not sure why it's not standardized.In any event, Ill try to contact the post office. It's being tracked✔️

02cats Just as an example, Elizabeth: I sold/sent 2 items on 3/30. Both buyers rated each item ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on 4/8/17...... 8 days later. The PM system doesn't tell me when they were recvd)....I will look at the bar code furnished by PM and see if I can track it thru USPS because by the time PM responds, the item usually has arrived!!! Not to worry. It's polished and beautifully made. And on it's way!!!

02cats I did. They can't find the tracking number nor can I.I actually had PM send it TWICE, tried to call them to no avail. Tracking number is: 9405 5108 9935 9248 3053 04. The odd thing is, PM puts the shipper/seller as seller (me) and I haven't gotten it back. It was 2 day priority mail label💞💞 I sent them 3 emails: the last one was a bit more strong in tone, if you will. I notice this is going to a library, in Bryn Mawr. I'll have to go to PO now and do what is called an intercept.

02cats Elizabeth. The tracking g no I furnished you today is the 2nd one I requested from PM. THE ORIGINAL TRACKING NUMBER SAYS, per USPS: the package was picked up at 10:38 on April 1, and a shipping label was prepared. Then, nothing. So, I am going tomorrow to the PO to see what the heck is going on. I HAD to get my taxes done today and couldn't get to the PO.

02cats Like I've said, I've never ever had this situation occur. I apologize profusely but I did send it and it was picked up, per the orig PM label and tracking number. Do you have any info from your boyfriend? If so, PLEASE let me know. Because not only could you cax this sale, I'm out my TAHE bracelet if you don't get it or have it.

02cats Elizabeth: I've not heard from you. What do you wish to do? I went to the Post Office today. The driver who picked up your package was out on route and unavailable when I went there today. So the supervisor I spoke to is going to find out who it was. I also provided her w the tracking number for other package picked up w yours on the same day. I have no answers for you today. She said she'd call w today or tomorrow w some kind of answer. I've left PM 5 emails.

02cats I am at a loss right now to provide you with a resolution. Either way you will get a refund. I I may be out a sale and my bracelet but I've got no control and can do nothing further. I've even written directly to USPS.

Look at jinkykellum, melissalarcher and kzr6866: all bought within same time frame (give or take couple days) and recvd w/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. elizcasey @02cats your USPS shipping info shows that you've printed the label, but USPS hasn't received the item and it hasn't shipped yet. This was according to the USPS shipping tracker accompanying the shipping number.

02cats Still don't know what's going on sorry to say. I went to post office again just now. They can't give me any info other than it was shipped out Friday. (Even though I sent it on the 1st)....But the tracking info wasn't updated Friday so I can't personally track it. It's your call, doll. I'll just hope it either gets to you in the next day or you can cax and I'll have to try to get it back. I've sold 4 things since then....all have arrived. Damnest thing I've ever encountered

elizcasey @02cats so I think I figured out the issue that may have occurred with the shipping. The postal label was printed in a way that made the address and return address and barcode blurry. I bet that made each postal stop take longer. The bracelet is great and I'm glad it made it! I guess in the future it might be good to double check the label clarity.

02cats I e tried many times to get them to print more clearly. I have a great printer and a Mac. Not much more I can do. They also don't always print out on 1 page. I set my printer for that as well. Like I said I've never had a problem before
