graceandlinen Thank you for your feedback. I always strive for the upmost customer satisfaction, and I apologize that you were not completely satisfied. I did have waist measurements provided in the description and photos show a small capped sleeve. I’m always willing to provide additional measurements if mine are not sufficient, but it’s important to ask questions prior to purchase. Unfortunately I did not detect an odd smell, and my home is smoke free. 😊
