After years and years of hairdressers giving me horrible shades of blondes, I decided to figure out how to do the perfect color myself. It’s funny because people actually stop me on the street and ask about it and are shocked when I tell them I just do it myself! Lol! Thanks for the compliments...;)

ebennet73 @guccim15 ok, so this is what I do... I use L’Oreal quick blue bleach (it’s a blue packet, about $5). I mix it with ion developer 20 vol (cream) and leave it on for 30 minutes (you can use 30 vol if your really dark). It will turn a really ugly butter yellow, but don’t worry. I then wash my hair, and while it is wet I use Wella color charm lightest ash blonde (color T18 toner). I mix that with the ion 20 vol as well... continued in next post

ebennet73 @guccim15 .....(cont)... I put that on the roots for about 15 minutes max, running it through the ends for the last five minutes. Then I wash it with clairol shimmer lights once a week. I buy everything at Sally beauty supply. It’s easy and cheap! Let me know how it turns out!

I am moving from VA to FL on July 2nd and I want it to go to my new address in FL.
