renedovey @lizziehscott hi, that is so sweet of you, I am also watching the Lilly Topanga dress, but that would not be fair to you, 🙂 When people see that someone has asked for something to be held and the seller agrees to hold, there are those that do not honor requests and agreements, if that ever happens to you again, under you sales you can cancel someone's purchase when they do that!!

In reference to the Kacey Musgraves boots and your claim that you don’t have tracking to give to me: If you go under your “My Sales” tab, and find that sale, you should be able to find the tracking number. You should also be able to pull up a copy of the shipping label from there, which the tracking number is below the bar code.
