thethriftymess @lizalou74 OK, did you happen to purchase 2 torrid tops from someone? It's weird because I pulled up the shipping labels and each email is giving me yours for the exchange/mix up and the Anne Klein shoes? I literally have no idea what is going on. It might be some fluke.

thethriftymess @lizalou74 Hey!! I just went back in and now it's showing me the new label. Idk. I seriously pulled it up several times. There's a possibility that it was just pulling up the print of your label. Very weird. I always check the email and the seller name to verify. I'm doing the stuff right now off my phone so there's always that possibility. I never had to do a package exchange. They should put the name of the buyer in the email. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤷‍♂️TY 4 your help!!
