I am not sure why your sandals still haven't arrived. As you can see I shipped them out the day I said I would (last Tuesday, April 21) so they should have gotten to you by now. Would you like me to call the post office and inquire about what is going on?

@heidiliukonen on my end, I have an app that tells me when the post office/fedex/ups are going to deliver packages to me. I see it says it's to be delivered tomorrow. I'll wait to see if it arrives, if not then I'll reach out to you to check. I figured with the COVID-19 pandemic that shipping dates are pushed back a few days.

@msliz04 I can't get through to a real person. It's all just prerecorded. I clicked the options associated with not receiving a package and they just want us to create a case. I don't think that's the problem though. I really the think the package is lost. My dad shipped out an item priority mail at the exact same time. We dropped them off together and his was delivered on April 24. I'm going to keep trying to through to a real person

@heidiliukonen well I'm patient. I have a ton of orders coming in from Poshmark 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ lol. I can call my post office Monday. I don't want to cancel it. I know shipping is probably delayed, even though it's going on 2 weeks. I'll see what they say, I just thought maybe you could see if it's here or still in your state.

@msliz04 I just got off the phone with the USPS. The woman I spoke with was very helpful, she said (and as we both know) that shipping has been delayed but since 5 days have passed she made a case. Someone is going to be contacting me to hopefully have some updated info.The local post office and the representatives don't have any other info than what we are able to see on our tracking updates. Thank you for being patient! I'll let you know what else I find out!
