violet507 @liz07_13 did they buy two items as a bundle? Or separate? If they bought the items separate unfortunately you have to ship each item separate. If they bought as a bundle then as long as it is less than 5 lbs for both items you can ship with the one label you get. If it is more than 5 lbs then go to "my sales" open the bundle sale and in there you will see an option to buy additional postage based on the weight.
