cindz2004 Hello. Just received my order of Kate Spade blue bag recently and I just noticed that the lock /snap is broken. I sent my request for return to Poshmark support because it doesn't close and can't be used. It was not mentioned in the description that the snap was broken. They said you already received the payment and I have to talk to you regarding this. Hear from you soonest. Thanks. Cindy

elangfordca @cindz2004 Hi Cindy. So sorry about that. I don’t remember the snap being broken. I bought the bag on Poshmark, used it a couple of times and then put it away because I didn’t care for it. I would be happy to refund your purchase if you want to send the bag back.

elangfordca @cindz2004 Can you send an image of the damaged/broken snap? I don't recall it being broken? Once the item is accepted by the buyer I'm not sure it's my responsibility to pay for return shipping?

cindz2004 @elangfordca I will just file a complaint at Business Bureau Poshmark sells damaged items. I'm sure you will not like it if you pay for damaged items I believe in Karma.

elangfordca @cindz2004 I understand your frustration, it just doesn’t seem to be a way for me to refund your purchase once the item has been accepted. And I certainly did not know it was damaged in any way.

elangfordca @cindz2004 I received the bag today but still can’t see that it is damaged in any way. I did notice that one of the interior linings was pulled out and over the middle zippered pouch - perhaps that led you to believe it was damaged?
