I was just making sure that you meant to purchase two and also I don’t know how it works but I think if you contacted Poshmark they would be able to put the order together so you wouldn’t have to pay shipping on both. brantsmom6 @leslielew222 Hey Leslie! Unfortunately I would absolutely recommend canceling the order. It will be a complete waste of your time. You’ll package the order, ship it, watch tracking, and it will eventually be delivered back to you. Posh will then try to contact the buyer which will be unsuccessfully. The order will be canceled by Poshmark and your item re listed.

brantsmom6 @dannouni Ok so I just looked at your tracking info. It appears that on March 2nd the package was Out for Delivery. As we have figured out, the address we were given on the shipping label is non existent and packages can’t be delivered to the fake address. Your package went from Houston to Spring Tx, where it was out for delivery, then back to Houston…which looks like it was starting the process of transit back to you.

brantsmom6 @dannouni However, for some reason it went back to spring after that and has been stuck ever since. If I were you, I think I’d do 2 things. First I would go to your sales and click on the listing you sold to this jerk. Scroll all the way to the bottom and you’ll see “Problems/Order Inquiry” Click that and then select “Contact Poshmark” On the next page again select “Contact Poshmark” You’ll then be able to write what’s going on and inform Poshmark about it.

brantsmom6 @dannouni They will be in touch with you and can best advise you on what to do moving forward. Second thing i would do would be contact the post office where your package has been stuck since the 3rd. Upon Google search it looks like it’s stuck at KLEIN POST OFFICE IN SPRING TEXAS. The phone # is (281) 257-3806. I would call and tell them your problem and see if they can give you any insight.

brantsmom6 @dannouni Give him/her the tracking # and tell them your issue. If they can’t find out any more info than you already know…they can go to their supervisor with your complaint and that’ll be the quickest way to get your local post office on board with helping you get your package back.
