mrsdubdeez @elizabethkens hi. This is a crazy situation. I bought your taupe Polene numero un that you sold to another Posher. I recently had to resell and sent it to TRR. They said they can’t authenticate so they sent it back but the bag that came back had a ripped handle and I didn’t purchase it with a ripped handle. TRR wants proof of purchase….could you help?
