cleancloset50 Hi Beth, my apologies on the stains you found on the bag you purchased. It was in excellent condition when I listed the item. Turns out my daughter did use it once, not realizing I was listing it. She did say it is coffee so I hope it comes clean for you. Lesson learned for me to hide my listed items! Have a good day.

bethallen933 @cleancloset50 I'm truly wondering how you packed the bag without noticing the entire strap was stained in brown polkadots. Feel free to purchase one of my items for the same cost as a gesture of apology. I should have done a claim but I thought maybe I could get the stains out.
