selumz Hey Elizabeth ! You recently purchased New Balance sneakers from me.. I tracked the package to see if it had arrived and upon tracking the package I saw there was an issue so I called and they said it was shipped to a incorrect location its an error on USPS part. They did provide me with a case # CA 143849673 in which u can also call if you’d like in about 3 business days. I do apologize for any inconvenience! But hopefully this issue will be resolved very soon. Thank you !
