sunnyshaidani Hey! You bought the adidas shoes from me which you returned. I just opened the box because someone else wanted them. The sole is missing on one of the shoes. Did you take it out? It was there before I sent it to you. And now it’s not once the box is opened. I’m guessing you may have taken it out to see if it would provide more room since they were too small!

chilcotejoof @sunnyshaidani Sorry, I didn’t see this prior to now. The shoes weren’t removed for a better fit, it was a definite they weren’t going to fit. So removing anything wasn’t an option. I’ve never seen a sole nor would rip one out. Unfortunately, I didn’t inspect the purchase as I typically would because I had known, via conversation, the shoes weren’t the right size. We’ve since bought correct size, obviously. My apologies to the situation but I’m uncertain what else to say.
