overconsumer @ashleyconjar34 I’m really sorry. This has been a nightmare! I was out of town and someone helping me had packed up and shipped my sales. Somehow, she mixed up the labels and sent your sweater to to the wrong person. Anyway, Poshmark knows this and arranged to have her ship back to me, which I just received yesterday. But I no longer have access to your address because it shows as shipped. I have requested another label so I can ship back out to you.

ashleyconjar34 Do you need my address or postmark will have it on the label for you? It’s ok I was just concerned because it said the label was made but never went to a facility. I know I wasn’t being ripped off because from what I understand postmark keeps the money till the item is delivered. I’m also new to postmark this is only the second item I have ordered. ashleyconjar34 They wrote me and said they are refunding me the money back after I wrote to them and explained everything with the screenshots of our conversation. I wrote back again and told them I don’t want a refund I want the cardigan and to please issue you a new label to be able to ship it to me . I just wrote that to them and will wait for a response I’m super upset about this company handling a mistake like this. Don’t they know things happen and get mixed up? Human errors? If I get the money back
