xxkaykxx Hi Elizabeth. I contacted customer service as well. There was a 4 day grace period on here to dispute anything for a full refund but from there I’m unaware how to handle these things.

The only reason I submitted a rating is because I have not heard from the support team. Once this situation is resolved fairly I’ll update. Thank you so much for the prompt reply.
