elizabeth_va @poshpoppy1307 Hi there. Once a seller cancels an order, the buyer will automatically receive a refund from Poshmark. If you haven’t seen that on your CC, you should contact Poshmark customer service. Sellers don’t receive any payments into our accounts until the item has been received and accepted by the buyer. I hope that helps.
