boopboutique I am seriously concerned. I mailed out your Betsey cross body on the 27th of February and it began tracking. As far as I can tell you still haven't received it. Can you tell me anything?

boopboutique I just placed a formal complaint/concern with PM and I attached the entire shipping information as an attachment along with all of the other information that they might need. PM has always been quick to handle any problems that have come up for me in the past so I expect the same from the, with this situation. I will keep you posted. You might even hear from them yourself. I know it’s not my fault but I do want to say sorry that this has occurred. I hope it will all work itself out soon.

boopboutique @libbydear I never felt as if you were placing fault on me. 😉 sometimes things like this just happen. I’ve been waiting on a box for waaaay over a month now and it’s filled with one of a kind repurposed vintage jewelry. I will never be able to replace the items. Truly unique and one of a kind. It was a trade. A $100 trade!
