akydvm Hello, I was packaging the Nike Flynit shoes up and realized one is missing an Insole. I washed them. They were my sons....hardly worn, but I cant find it anywhere. So you want me to cancel the sale? I'm very sorry

venyis @akydvm Thanks for getting in touch! I think I'll cancel the order. I looked into replacement insoles and they'll be about $10 or more. Keep an eye out for the little guy or post them as is, somebody may have extra insoles on hand. Good luck!

venyis @akydvm I think something went amiss in cancelling the sale. I've still be charged and I got notification that the shoes shipped shipped and arrived (not at my address). Know how we fix this?

akydvm @venyis I did apply your label by mistake to another package but caught my mistake..ran back to post office and changed it. My mistake but they cancelled it??? If Posh was charged for the postage, I need to pay that. . Contact Posh with an inquiry? I will do whatever I need to do on this end. Sorry.

venyis @rosepearldive if it's an option, I think I'd like a 20in chain. I'm very much looking forward to this pearl! I have a quite green carved Tahitian pearl I bought in Hawaii a number of years ago that is set with gold. I'm excited to give it a sister set in silver!

venyis @heidiintheranch Wow, I think your tone is excessively harsh. I had no idea you wouldn't be able to see what I wrote. The shoes are the wrong size, they are 9.5, not 11. That's the option I clicked on the recieved/accepted prompt in the app.

venyis I didn't know it was inappropriate as far as your were concerned, I just thought it was procedure. I assumed you would be notified of the size issue with the postmark system and could respond that it was a mistake, either the wrong pair got sent or the label was misread and we could exchange or return. No clue it would make you angry.

venyis @heidiintheranch "f*** is your problem" came across as harsh. Expletives are usually when cursing to express that one is upset, so I interpreted it as you being upset. I apologize if I misread that.
