closetobsessor Hey! I see that you are fairly new here. Just a tip, most sellers aren’t going to accept an offer that’s less than 50% of asking price. In fact, a lot of people who work very hard on their closets consider it rude. You’ll have better luck if you negotiate more in the 10-25% of asking range.
