dimpesdh I didn’t get to open the box until this morning, I have packages sent to my sister because people steal from my porch. The backpack was covered in a hot pink powder, the inside of the box was covered in it. I soaked it and scrubbed it in the bathtub but now can’t give it as a present because I couldn’t keep the tag dry and it fell off. Also the dress has what looks like a coffee stain near the bottom it’s not dark but noticeable.

dimpesdh It wasn’t from the tissue paper the box didn’t have any on the outside, it looks like hot pink chalk on the inside top flaps and upper top of box. Maybe you didn’t notice it when you chose the box and it previously had some hot pink chalk like item previously. I always just accept packages so people get paid since it sometimes is several days before I can pick up the package. You have been really nice and I know it was an accident

kathyopus1 I’m heart broken 💔 I love the marble doves but I think everything is insured thru Poshmark let them review the claim and see what the decide I sent them photo in April 11 right after I opened them then sent another set to make sure they got them and in both cases they said they received and would review so I don’t know why it’s taking them so long maybe they couldn’t find the first two set of photos not sure we will see
