madelinetallula @elizabethbro409 hi. the raincoat has yet to be sent. I'm not fond of excuses as everyone has one, understandable or not. I promise to drop them at the post office in person tomorrow. I placed the package in outgoing mail from home but since we are blanketed in a few feet of snow our mailman could not access our box to deliver or take outgoing mail. I removed the package now and will add some free items for your patience. xoxo
