katrn42 @elizabethgre374 Hi Elizabeth! I’m so sorry that is happening to you. I have NEVER seen that happen! Your identity should be set when you registered for Poshmark.? Poshmark usually takes 24-48 hours to get back to you. There’s an app called Top Cash. They give 5% back to Poshmark shoppers. Try downloading that app and shopping through that app. Plus you’ll get 5% back. Prayers for you with your hospital stay! ♥️
