hi. so I'm trying to ship a package tht is 20 pounds. but the highest shipping label is only 10. n the post office said I'm gonna have to pay for the whole shipping cost if I dont have the correct shipping label. can I use 2 labels. or how do I go about this? cuz now I'm really losing out on alot of money for this item. it's kinda not worth sending.

@annebiesenbach yeah, unfortunately the shipping only goes up to 5 lbs. anything larger the seller is responsible for upgrading the shipping label. It can definitely be more costly. If itโs a bundle you can let let the customer know that it would be easier to cancel and split the transaction into two. If itโs just one item you may have to raise the price up to make it more cost effective.

@jlas69 thereโs a lot of different cute outfits on here. My favorite would be a long sleeve black dress with rhinestones and a cute pair of long boots to go along with it. :) or you could do some cute jeans with a flattering top. You can always mix and match with a cute cardigan if the top isnโt warm enough. Iโll tag you on a dress that I thought was super cute ๐โค๏ธ
