sassy926348 Hey Elizabeth. I received your rating today. It shows could improve as “ other”. Would you mind elaborating so I can better understand your perception? I packaged it with bubble wrap and a thank you card, added a cleanser as a gift, and mailed within hours of receiving your order. I am unclear why it would be rated a 4 star with could improve as “other”and would appreciate additional feedback so I can address the concern. Thank you.

sassy926348 @lizzy1216117 Thank you for your response. You do have the ability to change your rating within 30 days, if you so choose. I believe because you picked 4 instead of 5 stars , is why it asked for a reason of what needs improvement. When it’s a five start rating, the comment is optional and there wouldn’t be a need to comment on how to improve.
