nmrechtzigel My sincerest apologies, Elizabeth - when preparing to ship your order of the Sperry rain boots, I observed that there is a large hole in the heel of one of the boots. Unfortunately, I did not inspect this item carefully enough when I received it/ reposhed it. Since the pair did not fit me, I never wore the boots and did not realize they had damage. I have cancelled your order, as I am assuming you no longer want the item. Thank you for your understanding 🤗
