englishellie @theretailresale I am new to Poshmark and a little green I think My first posting were yesterday and I had a couple of messages asking for more info, I replied on the site but also sent an email as they asked for that. Today I got an email back that I’m sure is fraudulent asking for me to remove item so they can send a bank check offering extra money for my trouble Well I may be a little green but I’m not an idiot, Does this kind of thing happen a lot? Thanks

theretailresale @englishellie Hi Elizabeth. I just took a look at the messages and I would say that’s 100% fraud. If I were you, I would report them. There’s a little flag below the comment, next to Reply. You can provide more info there I believe. Moving forward, I would avoid any transacting off of Poshmark. That’s their #1 rule! I’m not sure how common this is, it’s never happened to me, but the fact that there were 2 comments so quickly on your fresh posts, it appears to be a new method for fraudsters!
