Hi.. this is Barbara .. you purchased the MARDI Gras hat from me . I wanted to let u know that I live in Texas and we’ve literally been homebound for almost a week due to ice and snow and zero weather . Everything has been closed .. our power was out for 3 days and finally came back yesterday . Please forgive me for the delayed shipment . I have it wrapped abs ready to send and will drop it in the mail Monday , thanks so much for understanding.
