trendymom_inca Hi! I was just packaging up the Coach bag you purchased and I noticed some wear on the handles that I hadn’t noticed before. It’s at the top of the rolled handles on both handles. It’s just wear from carrying the bag. To me it’s not that noticeable but I should have looked more carefully. I apologize. I just found the long strap so it can be used as a crossbody. I’ll try to share a pic with a direct share in a moment. I’m sorry. I can cancel the order if you wish.
