pgallegos1 I should have read the feedback before asking I apologize. I advertised the shoes as used and every imperfection and sign of wear was divided in the item photo. I won’t accept the payment yet so if you would like to contact Poshmark customer service to request a return I would completely understand. Please let me know what you decide to do so that I can help as much as possible. Again I am terribly sorry about this inconvenience.

pgallegos1 @cookeliza37 I am so so sorry that happened. This is the second time in a row that has happened. I am going to start putting fragile stickers on the boxes. I am so sorry again I promise the box was taken new from the post office. Thank you for letting me know how to improve.
