maidmarian @blueeyeddevil08 Tough year I tore up my knee skiing in February and it’s been a long recovery! And I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie so being immobile put me in a little funk. An inconvenience not too bad

blueeyeddevil08 @maidmarian I know what you mean. I had my left legs quadriceps stretched out resulting in the knee cap dislocating. This happened during a Jiu-Jitsu rolling match that I ended up getting caught in a scissor sweep. VERY nasty submission! Lol! Women have shorter quads than men which makes us more prone to these sort of injuries, especially if we're active in any type of sport(s). 🙄 Two year's later it's still popping and throwing a fit whenever it wants. *Sigh*
