Hi! I'm Elizabeth. I’m a fitness, nutrition and accountability coach. I also teach yoga. I’m in fitness gear most of the time, but love to get dressed up. I have four kids ranging in age from 12-7. susie_and_coco @elifit23 awesome! Almost everything. I’ve dropped from a size 8 to a 4 so most of my closet has to be replaced. I don’t have any shorts and I love maxi dresses too. I have 4 pairs of jeans on the way.
