shonnacrawford I ordered an item "Sorel All Weather Sneaker size 12" on December 10 as a Christmas gift for my husband. Since December 18 the tracking number says "in transit" and does not show that it's ever been checked into a post office or any destinations. Could you confirm that you've shipped this item? Or should I cancel the order? Thank you!

shonnacrawford Hello, again. I think I may need to file a claim with USPS about this shipment. Did you insure this package or just get a tracking number? The tracking number doesn't show any details except that it was expected to arrive at my home on December 18. Thank you for any help you can provide.

elyyy219 @shonnacrawford I’m sorry for the inconvenience! Nothing like this had ever happened before. I have never had any problem sending my packages using poshmark. I honestly sent them the next day you purchased them and it’s out of my control where they can be after I send them. I don’t know any other information it just provided that tracking number. Like I said they can be super busy because of the holidays.

shonnacrawford I understand. And, I can see with my tracking number that you shipped them right away but since December 18 it doesn't show any location at all and says that they will arrive late with no updates since then. I really just don't know what to do. I'll wait a few more days and then reach out to USPS. Thank you, again!
