@eat12345 it was USPS. I can just put a new label on it and get it back out again. Just waiting to hear back from Poshmark support to see if I should use the same label/tracking or if they need to send another one. sorry about this!

@katescloset494 I went back and tracked it. It appears that the post office attempted to deliver it, however, the front office of our apartment complex refused it. So, I actually never got the opportunity to accept or deny it. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. Is it possible to resend through UPS? Then it will either be delivered to the door or I can pick it up from the UPS facility.

@eat12345 I got a response from support - they said they have reached out to you to confirm your shipping address and once you do, they will send me a new label. so just get back to them as soon as you can and I will get the package back in the mail! maybe there's a place you can send it instead of your apt complex so you know it will get delivered like work or a family members house? just a thought so this doesn't happen again..thanks!
