Hi! My sincere apologies on the vera bradley tote. My boyfriend did me a favor and helped me ship as I live in NYC and he was headed in the direction of the post office while out on an errand. Nevertheless he put it in a priority express box 🤦🏻♀️. I will mail it back the exact same day it is returned to me. Thank you for your patience.

Hi there! Thanks for your purchase of my harbour second bag. I was just going to print the label and realized it is listed as crossbody but it does not come with the long crossbody strap. I’m sorry I don’t know how I overlooked that! The long strap is not pictured but I still wanted to be sure you’re aware. Let me know if that’s ok! Thank you.
