oldorange @libbygates411 Hi! click on your username on the Burgundy toolbar at the bottom right, scroll down, click on "My Balance" click on "redeemable" and select direct deposit or a check request. The redeemable balance is the sales you made where the buyers already confirmed receipt of the packages. If a buyer ever doesnt claim the package you can always contact poshmark so they can make your earnings for that sale available to you. 🧡
