taz607 @sapphireog60 So sorry to hear it. I thought you might be a little disappointed in what people would offer you for a new bag. I am dealing with someone right now who received a brand new Dooney wallet from me. Tags attached boxed, registration card, tissue and is trying to pull a fast one because they changed their mind. By leaving, you will spare yourself that little agony. I wish you luck and hope you won't be disappointed in the end and Hapoy Valentine's Day!!

karmak1984 Hi there! Check the packing material I placed around the cup. I took the straw out of the cup and placed it on top amongst the packing material to prevent it being bent in transit.
