msgermany27 @eleganntliz thank you, it's not my only issue for sure, I have scoliosis with 2 major surgeries by 22, that has caused many issues with my young 38 yr old body, but I still work full time and do this, but I normally push through, once in a while, you do get those bad days where your bed is ur only friend, but I thank you for your warm thoughts and wishes, and I will definitely send them out asap, thank you so much for understanding
