stylabration Hi Elizabeth...1st off...great closet! oh my, I am following! wanted to touch base on your Kate Spade coat I shipped out Saturday. thank you so much for the purchase..it is beautiful. i have reported as scanned but not tracking. this is my 5th sale mailed from that PO that has delayed tracking so I'm pretty confident it will start tracking today or tomorrow. the po clerk told me so much turnover since covid has them training new has been the excuse...

stylabration @elizarobin27 cont...this P.O is usually pretty fast even from FL to West cost once it starts to track. it was delivered in the appropriate bin (we have no mail to our island so post box theft is not a concern). i am so sorry for inconvenience. if you needed by a certain day & wish to cancel, I understand. i have been dealing with issue since covid so I'm pretty sure slow service due to turnover & higher volumes with more folks staying down here.

stylabration @elizarobin27 unfortunately, no.even b4 Covid, our p.o will not handle PM prepaid..they showed me the contract...not to handle or issue tracking. this has been a point of great contention as I worry every time pkg does not start tracking same day I put in bin. I am coming up on sale #1,000; so far...nothing has been lost. it just bothers me I have to leave blindly. now it is really tough to even speak to cs. I was told about the turnover issue when I ran into a clerk at the grocery store!

So sorry for the delay & thanks for understanding...this keeps up, I won't be able to keep my shop open because of the delay in actual tracking! since Covid, I have gone from 1.2 days to ship to 1.7...no fault of mine & I even take a ferry to mainland to ship. very frustrating!
