Hi I just saw your review and just wanted to let you know that it was double packaged in a plastic cover as well as a mailer so I’m not sure how that happened or how it got damaged. I always send items this way and have never had a complaint or damage issue. But thank you for your feedback and I’m glad the item was fine.
