hak2013 Hi Elizabeth! I’m sorry I didn’t know any other way to contact you. I’m the seller with the toaster. I’m so sorry that it doesn’t work. I had no idea since it was never used. I contacted customer support to see about a refund but they said that since funds were released to my account I can’t do anything on my end. They told me to have you contact customer service.
